Workingmen’s club conversion
ATR Building Services and their owners were proud to purchase an old workingmen’s club and obtain full planning permission to covert into x7 one bedroom flats
To carry out full demolition works internally and create steel structure supports to the age and condition of the existing building. Followed by a conversion into x7 one bedroom flats involving a full refurbishment throughout each flat bringing them up-to decent home standards.
Flats: New Build
ATR Building Services and their owners were proud to purchase a plot of land and obtain full planning permission to build a new residential mixed project including 2 + 1 bedroom flats.
Full traditional new build to create flats that are fully developed into x 12 separate units and fitted out including private carpark to the rear and secure door entry system on each unit.
ATR Building Services and their owners were proud to purchase a run down disused pub and obtain full planning permission to turn into one and two bedroom flats. The flats were then sold to the public sector, this was a great opportunity to bring the property back into good use.

Beverley Bungalow Extension
ATR Building Services Ltd have been instructed via their clients CK Architects to undertake some internal refurbishment works to an existing bungalow based in Beverley along with a new build extension. The project is well underway!
