We are a building maintenance company based in the city of Hull, UK. We operate extensively throughout the UK by carrying out general maintenance on domestic and commercial properties including the provision of specialist design services.
Our management have over 25 years experience in all aspects of building maintenance covering both structure along with all mechanical, civil and electrical services.
Our speciality is in the undertaking of insurance works on behalf of some of the UK’s largest insurance companies and have the experience and empathy to deal with end customers and the insurers at times when the situation is often highly stressful. We can deal with jobs ranging from the smallest loss up to complete refurbishments after major storm or flood damage.

Danny Baldwin-RalpH Contracts Director
After leaving school Danny joined the building trade and worked alongside a number of experienced tradesmen. This enabled him to become the talented multi-skilled tradesman he is today working within the public and insurance sectors. After a number of years, a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail he successfully became a site mananger.
Tony RalpH Operations Director
Over the last decade Tony has worked for a number of large construction companies at both a senior and contractor director level. He dealt with the day to day management decisions, undertook face to face meetings with clients to help them develop and improve all aspects of their business. Working mostly throughout the insurance sector and closely monitoring large volumes of claims including HNW and major loss, Tony prides himself on quality workmanship and to achieving best practices.
Jill RalpH Accounts Manager
Jill spent over a decade managing a number of residential properties dealing with accounts for uk/overseas landlords. Jill has joined the family business to manage our increasing number of accounts ensuring they are in a workable format for our accountants.
Chloe Baldwin-Ralph Operations Manager
Chloe joined ATR over 5 years ago as an administrator/ case handler and worked her way to being office manager in our Hull office and now due to her wealth of experience and knowledge now oversees day to day control for ATR national operational matters within all administrative sector and helping the field surveyors with day-to-day duties and general schedule building to ensure our clients expectations are met along with SLA times.
Harry Young Company Buyer
Harry joined ATR over two years ago as a company buyer after working for several companies within the same sector. His wealth of experience and knowledge is a great asset to us dealing with day-to-day purchasing and ensuring we receive best value for money. Mike Thompson Electrical Manager
With 22 years of experience in the electrical and security industry, Mike has built a strong foundation in both installation and maintenance services. Throughout his career, he has established and managed a business, overseeing projects across the country. He’s gained valuable expertise in managing trades, scheduling works, and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of customers, both domestic and commercial. This extensive background has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to contribute significantly to ATR Electrical, ensuring top tier service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Alan Horn Operations Manager
Alan joined us recently as a Operations Manager. After working for several companies around the country both on the surveying sector along with project management, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to ATR to help us continue with company growth.
Madie Millbank Administrator/case handler
Madie joined ATR over a year ago on a full-time apprentice scheme and now has a full-time position as administrator/case handler. We feel she is a great asset to ATR and offers value and support to her colleagues and clients and will always go the extra mile to help her colleagues and clients.
Alysha Chadburn Junior Administrator
Alysha is our newest member of the team having joined ATR on an apprentice scheme. She is hard working and keen to learn and we feel she will become a valuable member of the team moving forward.

With over 15 years of experience in the property industry, Sophie has developed a comprehensive skill-set in managing and coordinating property maintenance across various trades. Her expertise spans both sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service while handling face to face meetings with a diverse clientele. She is adept at scheduling, managing projects, and ensuring that client needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency.

With over 17 years experience within customer care and dealing with clients on a face-to-face relationship, Ellis brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to ATR Building Services. We feel Ellis is a great asset to our business and offers our clients confidence and comfort throughout their claim journey.
