All work is carried out by qualified and experienced tradesmen and where necessary tradesmen are certified to the appropriate standard ie. for gas and electrical work. We have extensive project management experience including work for public authorities, investment landlords and independent housing associations.
24/7 Call Out Service – We understand the property maintenance business and how it works for landlords both private and public service and we know that sometimes next day is just not soon enough especially when critical services are involved or vulnerable tenants are at risk.
